Turns out I’m not an elf after all. With my new buzz cut (picture to come later) I have found that my ears are not pointy and they don’t stick out too much. :0) And no more bed head!! Chances are all my hair will be gone in two weeks or so. Time to break out my purple rockstar wig – I do actually have one!

I am blogging from my new bed at UC Davis med center in Sacramento. I will be here for three days this time around. I just got hooked up to my IV and am getting anti-nausea meds before the chemo starts in half an hour.

At this very moment I am feeling quite good. The last few days have been great. I am, however, a bit nervous, thankful though that so many prayers are being said for me and so many people are thinking positive for me. Thank you so very much. Lots of love and I’ll be in touch!

  3. Clare,
You are on the last journey to a complete recovey. Three days in bed sound good except for the chemo. I have introduced you to St, Jude, he has been good to me in the past, he said to say hello and he will take care of everything. It is almost over, so hang in there sweet girl..
    Love, Tand M

  4. Claire, Chunn Chhay clapped when he read your blog. He “keep up the fight Mrs. Wiley!”
